Modern Slavery

Last Updated: 13 February 2025

At Envigore Limited we are very aware of our obligation to combat slavery and human trafficking aggressively.

This statement outlines the company’s efforts to identify all potential modern slavery hazards associated with its operations and to put measures in place to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking inside its own supply chains and business operations.

This statement pertains to events and activities that occurred from June 7, 2024, to August 31, 2025 and has been approved by the board of Envigore Limited.

Introduction

Modern slavery is an egregious violation of human rights, encompassing various forms of exploitation that deprive individuals of their freedom and dignity. This issue affects millions globally, including in developed nations. Every business faces the risk of inadvertent involvement through its operations and supply chain.

Envigore Limited maintains a zero-tolerance stance towards modern slavery and is steadfastly committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking within our operations and supply chain. We have implemented specific measures to address this issue, as detailed in this statement. Although not legally mandated, we have chosen to publish this statement on our company website.

This document outlines the steps we have taken to identify and mitigate potential modern slavery risks related to our business, and our ongoing efforts to prevent slavery and human trafficking during the 2025 financial year and beyond.

Our Business and Supply Chains

Envigore Limited is dedicated to offering high-quality products that enhance people’s lives. While our supply chain and customer base span the United Kingdom, we uphold the highest standards of integrity in our products ingredients and manufacturing processes. We endeavour to ensure full traceability of all product ingredients, from their origin through to the final product. We foster relationships based on trust and mutual benefit with our suppliers. Our supplier selection process includes thorough due diligence, assessing their reputation, legal compliance, adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, and references. To date, we have not received any allegations of human trafficking or slavery activities against our suppliers. However, if such allegations were to arise, we would take immediate action against the supplier and report to the relevant authorities.

Risk Assessment

In the past year, we conducted a comprehensive risk assessment of our supply chain, considering:

  • Country risk profiles based on the Global Slavery Index
  • The nature of services provided by suppliers
  • The presence of vulnerable demographic groups
  • Analysis of news and insights from labour and human rights organisations

This assessment informs our response and the implementation of risk controls.

Policies

Envigore Limited has implemented the following policies to identify and prevent slavery and human trafficking:

  1. Whistleblowing Policy
  2. Code of Conduct
  3. Purchasing Code

These policies encourage the reporting of suspicions, outline expected behaviours, and explicitly reference slavery and human trafficking in supplier contracts.

Supplier Due Diligence

  • We conduct regular due diligence on all suppliers, which includes:
  • Assessing service-specific risks
  • Auditing suppliers’ practices
  • Requiring improvements to substandard practices
  • Implementing sanctions for non-compliant suppliers
