Photo Guidelines

In accordance with NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) guidelines, we require all new and existing clients seeking weight management support to submit specific photographs (No AI Generated Images). Additional photos may also be requested by our clinical team when necessary.

1. Show Your ID & Face

An identity verification photograph showing your face alongside an official identification document. Your facial features must be fully visible, with no hair covering any part of your face. Please ensure the identification document is clearly visible, with no fingers obscuring the photograph or text.

Hold your valid ID next to your face so both are clear in the same photo. Check our ID guidelines for accepted documents.

2. Head-to-Toe View

A full-length, front-facing image of your entire body in fitted clothing, following the photo guidelines to ensure an accurate weight loss consultation.

Stand facing the camera in tight-fitting sports clothes. Your whole body, from head to toe, should be visible.

3. On the Scales

Attach a Post-it note with today’s date and your full name for your weight loss consultation, ensuring it follows the photo guidelines. Your photo should clearly show your feet on a weighing scale with your current weight visible, along with the handwritten note displaying the required details.

Stand on a scale holding a paper with your name and today’s date. Ensure the scale’s reading is visible.

4. Your Prescription Box

(This is only if you’ve used GLP-1 medication before and moving from another provider)

Take a clear photo of your medication box showing the full prescription label. Make sure the dose, prescription date, and prescribing provider’s name are all clearly visible.
